Directions:

Apply Neville Rose Organic Massage Oil morning or evening with and upwards sweeping movement working form the thighs to the waist, abdomen, arms and hips until total absorption. Or add 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil in a warm bath and soak your body for 15-20 minutes.
